Major Updates in V5.0

• More comprehensive guidance on how to register a project for BEAM Plus and the certification procedures.
• Assessment-wise procedures are now moved to the newly developed BEAM Plus Procedures Manual (Assessment) V5.0.
• Various types of notification letters issued by the HKGBC during assessment (Section F (ii)) are listed.
• “Moving BEAM Plus projects Forward” (Section G) is added, to provide guidance on pursuing different BEAM Plus certification at different stages of the building life cycle.
• Digitised forms to improve overall experience in BEAM Plus certification.

With the aim of reducing the use of papers, most of our forms are made digital and online. These digital forms would simplify the certification processes and improve your experience.

 

Application for NGO Fee Concession

Application for NGO Fee Concession will now be handled together with your submission for BEAM Plus project registration. The application form should be uploaded during registration.
 

Application for Green Building Certification Label

You can now login to your BEAM Plus Project Online Account to submit application online. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you after submission.
