Swire Properties has been the Platinum Patron Member of the HKGBC since its establishment 10 years ago, and was one of the Founding Members of the Steering Committee for developing HK-BEAM (the original version of the current BEAM Plus) back in 1995. Swire Properties’ unfailing support and wide-ranging participation in the Council’s various schemes and initiatives have been crucial to bringing the HKGBC to where it is today.
