Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the International Webinar on "Futureproof or fall behind: The new imperatives for real estate" would be held on 2 Oct 2025 (Thu).

Organised by the CFP Green Buildings, the Webinar aims to explore how futureproofing real estate drives long-term value. The value results from future cashflows and carbon, to the financial impact of resilience, biodiversity and Net Zero Carbon. The Webinar would also address the risks of short-term thinking on real estate investments. The webinar would build on the success of last year’s edition, where around 250 professionals from over 15 countries and more than 100 financial institutions joined to gain valuable insights into the intersection of banking, real estate and sustainability.
