Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the RICS Hong Kong Construction Conference will be held in Hong Kong on 16 May 2025 (Friday).

Organised by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and in line with the strategic priorities outlined in the 2024 Policy Address, the RICS Hong Kong Construction Conference themed "Enhancing Productivity: Achieving Common Prosperity and Innovation in Construction Sector" the most pressing challenges and exciting opportunities facing the industry. Attendees would gain actionable insights into how technology, sustainability, workforce development and urban renewal are shaping the future of Hong Kong's infrastructure. It would cover the following key topics:

• Land supply & housing initiatives: Explore strategic land supply solutions like reclamation, Northern Metropolis and Kowloon East to tackle Hong Kong’s affordable housing crisis
• Smart cities & digital transformation: Discover how technologies like BIM, AI, IoT and MiC are reshaping urban construction and supporting Hong Kong’s Smart City goals
