Established in 2009, Hong Kong Green Building Council (“the Council”) is the leading body, co-founded by four major construction industry and environmental organisations, driving the market transformation towards green and sustainable buildings in Hong Kong through engagement with the industry, the government and broader community.

HKGBC is expanding its secretariat team in line with its positioning as Hong Kong's leading member-based body dedicated to green building development, with opening for the post of Part-time Manager – Industry Standards and Practices:

Job Description:

  • Develop Toolkits and training package to facilitate Retro-commissioning capacities building and enhance training offerings for retro-commissioning providers/practitioners in HK energy market
  • Perform any other duties as assigned


  • Possesses HKIE Corporate membership or equivalent, in Building Services, Mechanical discipline
  • Over 15 years post-qualification experience in design or operation & maintenance of Building Services Installations in large commercial buildings and retro-commissioning (RCX) experience on AC system
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
