Established in 2009, Hong Kong Green Building Council (“the Council”) is the leading body, co-founded by four major construction industry and environmental organisations, driving the market transformation towards green and sustainable buildings in Hong Kong through engagement with the industry, the government and broader community.

HKGBC is expanding its secretariat team in line with its positioning as Hong Kong's leading member-based body dedicated to green building development, with opening for the post of Part-time Student Helper – Finance and Administration:

Job Description:

  • To support the HR related daily operations
  • To assist in meetings’ arrangement and preparation
  • To provide general administrative/event support to the Finance and Administration Department

You should:

  • Undergraduate student, preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Be a fast learner and good team player
  • Be detail-minded and well-organised
  • Be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and general IT skills
  • Possess excellent command of English and Chinese
