Declaration of No Major A&A Works

BEAM Plus plaques shall not be displayed after expiry of BEAM Plus certificates unless there are no major A&A works to the premises that invalidate the BEAM Plus rating. For details, you may refer to Section F (iii) Supp. Note 2 in the BEAM Plus Procedures Manual (Registration & Certification).
