The Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) hereby announces that registration fees for all BEAM Plus schemes will be frozen at current level until 31 December 2021. 

BEAM Plus registration fees have been frozen since 2019. The Council has been carefully managing costs to operate on a non-profit-making principle. Income arising from BEAM Plus registration is used to fund various green building initiatives including the ongoing development of BEAM Plus, enhancement of BEAM Plus Project / BEAM Practitioner account platforms, public education and training of BEAM Practitioners.

To foster the development of sustainable buildings, HKGBC will continue to offer registration fee concession to eligible NGOs while working closely with different parties to provide incentives for BEAM Plus project applicants. Click here to learn more about these incentives.
