[WorldGBC X BBC StoryWorks: “Building A Better Future” - Ronald Lu & Partners]

The World Green Building Council is in partnership with BBC StoryWorks to create the “Building A Better Future” film series about how the sustainable built environment movement can play a huge role in tackling climate change. Ronald Lu & Partners (RLP), a design-led architecture firm also joined the production of this film series. Their project, the first zero-carbon building in Hong Kong, CIC-Zero Carbon Park (ZCP) was featured.

This beacon of zero carbon project in Hong Kong was built in 2012, with different low carbon design and innovative technologies to inspire the industry to create a sustainable built environment, as well as promoting green lifestyle to Hong Kong people. The project is also beneficial to the community, functioning as an urban woodland for its located district, one of the busiest area, Kowloon Bay.

Through this series, which covered some of the most signature and innovative sustainable buildings in the world, RLP hopes our industry will become more sustainable to make our world happier and healthier.
