“My Green Space” Student Competition 2020-21
The Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) strikes to help save the planet and improve the wellbeing of the people of Hong Kong by transforming the city into a greener built environment. To enhance public understanding and awareness towards green buildings, the Council has established “My Green Space” Student Competition since 2011.
The Competition Registration of this term is now open for local and overseas tertiary students of the academic year 2020/21. With the theme of “The Wellbeing of Us – Build a better place for People and Environment”, students are encouraged to showcase how green buildings can improve the healthiness and wellness of people and the environment. Entries in the form of 3D models, multimedia entries and proposals are accepted.
Entrants will be invited to join the Online Green Building Tour cum Workshop for free! BEAM Pro, the Green Building Professionals accredited by the HKGBC, will share green building knowledge with participants. Through virtual visiting the green buildings in Hong Kong, entrants can apply what they have learnt in their entries for the Competition.
Interested parties are required to register on the Competition Website on or before 6:00 pm (HKT), 30 November 2020 and submit your entry by 26 February 2021.
