Civic Exchange - “Decarbonisation in Action: A Practical Seminar for Educators” Seminar
Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the “Decarbonisation in Action: A Practical Seminar for Educators” Seminar would be held on 27 March 2026 (Friday) in a hybrid format.
Organised by the Civic Exchange, the Seminar is under a “Key Environmental Education Leaders (KEL)” programme. It aims to enhance secondary school teachers' understanding of environmental topics, Civic Exchange is organising a series of teacher training sessions. The first session would deliver a presentation on climate science by Mr LAM Chiu-ying. Representatives from HKGBC and CLP would share their experience in supporting schools through related projects, including practical, school-based approaches to decarbonisation. The seminar would conclude with group discussion and sharing of school practices among participating teachers.
