Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, Build4Asia 2026 would be held in Hong Kong on 6-8 May 2026 (Wednesday to Friday).

Organised by Informa Markets, Build4Asia 2026 themed “Convergence 2026: Construction, Property & Workplace Technologies Unite”, it would feature an expanded scope, introducing new sector highlights in Asian Prop Tech and Asian Office Tech, alongside the established pillars—Asian Elenex, Asian Buildtex, and Asian Securitex. These additions reflect the industry’s growing focus on property management, workplace innovation, and technology driven facility solutions, in response to the market’s shift toward maintenance, operations, and digital transformation. The event is expected to bring together over 600 international exhibitors and brands, and around 8,000 professional trade buyers, including architects, contractors, engineers, building consultants, and senior executives from property developers. 

Among the 3-day show, the Build4Asia Conference 2026 themed "Engineering the Responsive City: Urban Intelligence and Sustainability" would be held on 6 May 2026 (Wednesday). The Conference would feature keynote insights, solo presentations, and interactive panel discussions, bringing together policymakers, engineers, innovators, and industry leaders. With a focus on advancing responsive city strategies and sustainable urban solutions, the Conference would serve as a premier platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration, shaping the future of Asia’s built environment.
