Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the Joint Forum 2025: Future-Proofing Housing Management – Innovation, Sustainability, and Inclusivity would be held in Hong Kong on 30 Sep 2025 (Tuesday) in hybrid format.

Organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) and BEAM Society Limited (BSL), the Forum explores how housing professionals can lead change through smart technologies, sustainable practices, and inclusive housing management for ageing communities. There would be three sessions covering "Smart & Innovative Housing Management", "Sustainability in Housing Management" and "Inclusive & Elderly-Friendly Housing Management", followed by a panel discussion on "Future-Proofing Housing Management for an Ageing and Inclusive Society".
