Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the BEC - ECF Net-zero Recognition Programme: Construction and Property Management Sectors Focus Group Discussion is to be held on 10 Sep 2025 (Wednesday) in Hong Kong.

Organised by the Business Environment Council (BEC), the focus group discussions aim to understand the challenges faced by the construction sector in achieving low-carbon and carbon neutrality goals, assess readiness, and identify best practices or solutions currently adopted. 

The agenda of the focus group discussion are as follows:

1. Welcome and Introduction of BEC (2 mins, 2:30pm - 2:32pm)
2. Overview of ECF BEC Net-zero Recognition Programme (3 mins, 2:32pm - 2:35pm)
3. Introduction of Net-zero (10 mins, 2:35pm – 2:45pm)
4. Online Survey Results Sharing and Interactive Voting (15 mins, 2:45pm – 3:00pm​)
5. Guiding Questions (10 mins, 3:00pm – 3:10pm​)
6. Break (15 mins, 3:10pm – 3:25pm)
7. Focus Group Discussions (60 mins, 3:25pm – 4:25pm​)
8. Group Presentations (30 mins, 4:25pm – 4:55pm​)
