Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the Building Surveyor Accreditation Plus (BSA+) is now open for nomination until 15 August 2025 (Friday). 

Organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), the Building Surveyor Accreditation Plus (BSA+) scheme is the new brand established under the Building Surveyor Award (BSA) in its 10th Anniversary this year. Under this accreditation scheme, buildings or premises that exemplify excellence in meeting the rigorous building criteria and prioritising end-user experience would be recognised. It includes five nomination categories: residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and recreational. Owners, occupants or management agents of any new or existing buildings or premises in Hong Kong are welcome to submit nominations.
