Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the HIREA Awards of Excellence 2025 is open for submission until 18 Jun 2025 (Friday).

Organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators (HIREA), the Awards aim to promote best practices and excellence in real estate management. The Awards recognise and commend the success and management achievements of visionary organisations in real estate development, construction, engineering, surveying, property and facilities management, leasing, marketing, legal practice, financial and asset management, among others. The Jury Panel would include Legislative Council Member, senior government officials, senior executives of semi-government organisations, representatives of professional institutes, and university academia.
