Environmental Forum on Green Building and the Community – Latest Development and Case Sharing

This education seminar aims to raise the awareness of professionals, students and public about the latest development on green buildings. It also focuses on how green building can be beneficial to its occupants, surrounding community, as well the community as a whole.

This event is co-organised by the Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited (HKGBC) and The Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK).


This education seminar aims to raise the awareness of professionals, students and public about the latest development on green buildings. It also focuses on how green building can be beneficial to its occupants, surrounding community, as well the community as a whole.

Mr WONG Kam-sing, GBS, JP, Secretary for the Environment has been invited to share the World Trend and Policies on green buildings in Hong Kong. The seminar is supplemented with case sharing to give audiences practical examples on green building implementation. The Panel Discussion with the theme on Green Building and YOU will highlight the relationship between green buildings and the community.
