CPD Event - Technicial Visit to The Mills
The Mills is a landmark revitalisation project in the industrial area of Tsuen Wan, comprising of a business incubator, experiential retail and non-profit cultural institution.

This event is organised by Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC).
The Mills is a landmark revitalisation project in the industrial area of Tsuen Wan, comprising of a business incubator, experiential retail and non-profit cultural institution.
The project retains 70% of the existing structure and internal finishes are reused and incorporated into the design for heritage preservation. A high-performance curtain wall is used for daylight enhancement and minimise air-conditioning. A mobile-based BMS system is adopted to support system real-time monitoring and optimisation. Urban farm, extensive landscape and solar collectors are placed on rooftops for community enjoyment and reduce carbon emission.
