FHKI and BOCHK - BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2020 Prize Presentation and 2021 Launching Ceremony
Supported by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, the BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2020 Prize Presentation and 2021 Launching Ceremony would be held in Hong Kong on 25 August 2021 (Wednesday).
The BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards Programme (the Awards), organised by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) and sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong) (BOCHK) since 2015, aims to promote active participation in environmentally conscious practices among the manufacturing and services enterprises in Hong Kong and the Pan-Pearl River Delta (Pan-PRD) region to further reduce environmental footprints in these communities.
A total number of 802 Eco-companies took part in BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2020. They all have implemented Eco-projects in different perspectives. After going through the onsite assessments by assessing authorities and the Preliminary Judging Meeting, 21 companies out of all applicants were invited to enter the Final Judging Meeting on 9 June. Their performances were assessed by a judge panel that consists of 19 representatives from the Government, Universities and the Environmental Industries, and 15 awards-winners were eventually selected in the Final Judging Meeting.
The event will recognise the excellence of the winners among manufacturing and services enterprises, as well as celebrating the launching of the BOCHK Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2021.
