OPTIMIX Achieves CIC Green Product Certification 2.0 Platinum Rating
OPTIMIX is pleased to announce that three of its flagship products – TA313 Tile Adhesive (Semi-Flexible), TA328 Tile Adhesive (Flexible), and TG410E Tile Grout (High Performance) – have been awarded the Platinum rating under the newly upgraded CIC Green Product Certification 2.0.
This recognition highlights OPTIMIX’s continuous commitment to green product development, low-carbon manufacturing and sustainable building materials. The certified products demonstrate strong environmental performance across key areas, including product life-cycle carbon management, regional production and indoor environmental quality.

To meet the stringent requirements of CIC GPC 2.0, OPTIMIX has demonstrated strong environmental performance across multiple key areas:
- Life Cycle Assessment (LCA): OPTIMIX has completed product carbon footprint (CFP) quantification covering raw material supply (A1), transportation (A2), and manufacturing (A3), and has obtained Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), meeting the BEAM Plus requirements for life-cycle assessment.
- Regional Production Strategy: By strictly implementing regional production, with manufacturing locations kept within 800 km of project sites by road transportation, the products not only meet the requirements for regional materials but also significantly reduce transportation-related carbon emissions and enhance supply chain resilience.
- Exceptional Health Protection: The products contain less than 0.1% ozone-depleting substances and have passed the stringent VOC emissions testing under CDPH Standard Method v1.2, with formaldehyde emissions controlled within 0.1 mg/m³/24h. This not only satisfies BEAM Plus requirements, but also aligns with international certification systems, providing outstanding indoor air quality protection for building users.
Following the Platinum rating achieved by TA328 under the initial version of CIC GPC in 2021, this latest achievement marks another important milestone in OPTIMIX’s sustainability journey.
Looking ahead, OPTIMIX will continue to advance low-carbon technologies and the use of recycled resources. Being among the first companies to receive CIC GPC 2.0 certification is only the beginning.
