Improving SROI & Greater Community Impact: Nan Fung Property Management Celebrates New Milestones in the 5th “Let’s Move for Zero Hunger”

Celebrating a milestone in wellness and compassion, Nan Fung Property Management (NFPM) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its 5th edition “Let’s Move for Zero Hunger". Serving the dual purpose of promoting healthy, active lifestyles while supporting the underprivileged, this initiative has successfully transformed collective physical activity into tangible community sustenance.

In 2025/26, NFPM continued to see improvement in the programme’s social impact performance. This year, the total social value increased by 21% (from $884K to nearly $1.1 million), with Social Return on Investment (SROI) ratio enhanced to 4.3x (from 3.8x in 2024). This progress was driven by increasing support from colleagues (both first-time and repeat participants). More colleagues showed commitment to weekly exercise goals, aligning with the WHO recommendation of 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week, and built stronger team bonding in the long run.

Here is what NFPM achieved together:

This initiative is a living embodiment of its commitment to the SEWIT framework, championing the pillars of Wellness and Social Cohesion. It also aligns seamlessly with NFPM’s Sustainability Framework 2030 (SF2030), advancing the core themes of People and Partnership.

NFPM extends its heartfelt thanks to all participants and community partner, Caritas Lok Mo Integrated Vocational Training Centre, for making this initiative a resounding success. The journey continues!
