2) Heat Shield Paint (HSP) — Heat-Reduction Coating
 
  • Energy Efficiency: Electricity Savings 77%
  • Interior Heat Reduction: Metal surfaces 5-12°C, Concrete, Cement, Bricks 6-10°C
  • Solar Reflectance: UV spectrum 86.6%, Near-Infrared spectrum 87.1%
  • Durability: Effective for up to 10 years

Over the past years, Naco built close collaboration with CMA and CLP to strengthen both credibility and impact. CMA, acting as a third-party testing and verification partner, supports clients with simulation reports and validates installation results after project completion. This independent assessment helps confirm energy-saving performance and supports applications to the CLP Eco Building Fund Scheme. As a result of this structured validation process, 100% of cases have received approval from CLP Eco Building Fund , with maximum sponsorship support of either 50% of installation costs or up to HKD 500,000 per project. With the support of CLP Eco Building Fund, all funded cases reduced the IOR (investment-to-overcome-rectification/payback) timeframe, accelerating financial returns and strengthening confidence in adopting energy-efficient technologies.

Naco is proud of multiple customer successes. One of its clients received the HKIFM – Grand Award for Excellence in Facility Management (2025) after installing its heat-shield solutions. Other projects have demonstrated strong energy impact, including a 31% reduction in air-conditioning electricity consumption and approximately HK$170,000 in annual AC electricity savings for each VRV system group.




 
Most recently at Build4Asia 2026, Naco received hundreds visitors and enquiries for its Heat Shield solutions, with requests coming from companies across China, Southeast Asia, and India. They were impressed by the next-generation heat reduction technology. Through these solutions, Naco aims to help improve building comfort, energy efficiency, and safety protection.
