Nan Fung Group completed an HK$ 1 billion multi-currency sustainability-linked loan (SLL) with OCBC Hong Kong. This marks a significant step in Nan Fung's ongoing efforts to promote sustainability in Hong Kong’s real estate sector and accelerate the transition to a low-carbon future. The SLL features key performance indicators focused on deepening tenant engagement and scaling on-site renewable energy generation, with an overarching goal of more effectively addressing Scope 3 emissions through stronger tenant-landlord partnership.
