HSITP Building 11 and Building 1 Honoured at the Green Building Award 2025
Two buildings in Phase 1 development of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park (HSITP) have been awarded at the Green Building Award 2025 this year, further affirming Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited’s commitment in sustainable development.
Building 1, which is currently under construction, achieved the Merit Award in the New Buildings: Projects Under Construction and/or Design – Commercial Category. The Company’s vision for this 10-storey office building has been recognised by industry professionals, who applauded its forward-thinking design that promotes green living and pursues a comprehensive net-zero strategy.

Building 11, the five-storey talent accommodation, earned the Merit Award in the New Buildings: Completed Projects - Residential Category and Special Citation on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The building is being commended for its distinctive stepped profile and the intelligent integration of smart living IT solutions.
