Significantly reduce energy costs with Chirucoat thermal-barrier coatings: by applying heat-shielding opaque paint (HSP) or heat-shielding transparent liquid coating (HSG), which offers visible light transmittance of 81% or higher, to building envelopes made of stone, concrete, metal, glass, or polycarbonate, can help to minimise heat accumulation and buildup. Proven results show that all eligible clients received the maximum subsidy from CLP’s Eco Building Fund, leading to lower usage of air-cooling appliances, reduced carbon emissions, cost-saving on energy bills and extended air conditioning units’ lifespan.

This project’s simulation report demonstrated a 31% reduction in both energy consumption and indoor temperatures when applied to glass windows.
 

HSP Showcase: Set Win Automobile Plaza - Offering Climate-control to Concrete-flooring Rooftop Carpark
By using Chirucoat's HSP, a Japanese-manufactured opaque paint available in 50 shades, indoor climate control can be significantly improved. This can help reduce the reliance on air-cooling systems and appliances, resulting in lower energy consumption. By applying an opaque thermal-barrier paint to the rooftop of this building, this project’s simulation report showed a staggering 77% reduction of energy consumption of top floor.

Developed with patented technology that incorporates tungsten trioxide, it is the first photocatalytic antiviral medical nanocoating proven to work even without light. It also eliminates foul odours, formaldehyde, and mildew. Naco sought a third-party laboratory to conduct total plate count sampling tests for a kindergarten that had applied Nasc Medical Nanocoating a year ago. The results indicated that the total plate count at the relevant site was only 15 CFU per sample (the food grade is 1000 CFU per sample), which is an ideal figure that clearly demonstrates the effectiveness and durability of its product.
