WSP’s BIM team has recently clinched the Gold Award under the BIM Organisations (BIM Department / Unit / Team) category at HKIBIM Award 2023. It is the 5th consecutive year WSP has earned the top accolade since the Award’s inception in 2018.

Organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM), the Award showcases exceptional achievements made by organisations and projects in the BIM industry in Hong Kong. The award is a testament to WSP’s innovative digital mindset and award-winning expertise in leveraging BIM technologies and work processes for the collaborative and effective design of buildings and infrastructure.

Drawing on WSP’s high-quality, comprehensive BIM service offerings, the company has been going beyond the limit of BIM to further integrate and extend BIM within a common data environment to improve construction efficiency. It includes the adoption of openBIM to enhance flexibility of BIM uses and achieve better and more sustainable project outcomes.

WSP has also attained certification under ISO 19650, which further strengthened the company’s BIM capability and operations as they step up their efforts in offering more innovative, collaborative, integrated digital solutions, from new construction approaches to digital twin applications, realising Future Ready design and ‘digiteering’ for excellence for today and tomorrow.
