Mr Johnny YU Ching-yan, BSc, MBA, ACA, CFA, MRICS, is presently the Advisor to the Chairman and the Head of Sustainability Department at the Company. He joined in 2020, bringing with him 31 years of extensive experience across multiple disciplines, including sales and marketing, investment advisory, accounting, tax, and risk management and control. Prior to joining the Company, Mr YU held various senior positions at UBS, Credit Suisse, and PricewaterhouseCoopers in both Hong Kong and London. He successfully led the Company to achieve the prestigious Business Leadership in Sustainability Award at the Asia Pacific Leadership in Green Building Awards 2022, organised by the World Green Building Council. Additionally, Mr YU won the Sustainability Leader of the Year as well as the Distinguished Sustainability Leadership Award in Hong Kong Sustainability Award 2024, organised by the Hong Kong Management Association. He was also named ESG Elite at ESG Leading Enterprises 2025, organised by Bloomberg Businessweek/ Chinese Edition. Mr YU graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science and attained his MBA degree in Finance with City University of London. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr YU is currently a Director of Hong Kong Green Building Council. 

Mr Angus WONG is a Managing Director, Head of Corporate Banking of Hang Seng Bank Limited, overseeing Corporate Banking solutions ranging from Green & Sustainable Finance, Syndication, Commercial Real Estate, Private Credit Origination to Portfolio Management. He is also responsible for customer relationship management and developing & executing strategic priorities for business growth within risk appetite.

Mr WONG is a passionate professional with extensive experience in banking and finance. He is a CFA charter holder, FRM and obtained SCR® certificate from GARP and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Science and Technology.

Dr Vanessa AU is the Deputy Director of Environmental Protection of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. She is responsible for implementing the statutory environmental impact assessments, integrating environmental considerations into infrastructure development and planning, overseeing environmental compliance and enforcement, and managing water quality and sewerage infrastructure. Vanessa had worked in various divisions and had been responsible for different environmental portfolios, including waste reduction, community recycling, air pollution control, and air quality monitoring. Before taking up her current appointment, Vanessa served as the Assistant Director (Air Quality Management) and Assistant Director (Waste Reduction and Recycling).

Mr Paolo BEVILACQUA is Group Head of Sustainability at Frasers Property, leading sustainability strategy across its multinational real estate portfolio spanning 20 countries. With more than 25 years' experience across the property and energy sectors, he has delivered sustainability, decarbonisation and renewable energy initiatives at both project and organisational scale. Prior to his current role, Paolo founded and chaired Real Utilities, Frasers Property's green energy and utilities business, and previously held sustainability and renewable energy roles at Lendlease. He currently serves on the Board of the World Green Building Council and has held several industry leadership positions globally and in Australia.

Ar. Michael CHING is a Director of CH&I Architecture Sdn Bhd, BGreen Associates Sdn Bhd and Bgreen Riverstone Sdn Bhd. He is a professional architect and a qualified Green Building Consultant in both Malaysia and Singapore, with more than 25 years of professional experience and expertise in Sustainable Architecture.

He has held several prominent positions within the Malaysian architectural and green building industry. He is a former Council Member of Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM), a former Green Building Index (GBI) Accreditation Panel Member, and former Honorary Secretary of the Malaysia Green Building Council (malaysiaGBC). He has also contributed to numerous Malaysian Standards (MS) working groups.

In recognition of his contribution to the profession, Ar. Michael was selected as one of the recipients of “PAM 30 Under 40” in 2011, an initiative by PAM to recognise emerging Malaysian architects below the age of 40 who had demonstrated significant contributions through innovation, leadership and professional excellence.

His work has been published both locally and internationally and has received extensive recognition for its contribution to sustainability and green building design. To date, his projects and professional contributions have received 2 World awards, 2 Asia awards, 7 ASEAN awards and 25 awards in Malaysia.

Prof. Christine LOH, SBS, JP, OBE, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, is Chief Development Strategist at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She was Under Secretary for the Environment in the HKSAR Government (2012-17), Special Consultant to the Chief Executive on the mainland’s ecological civilisation policy (2019-2020), and a Member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council (1992-97 and 1998-2000). Prof. LOH has been active in public policy and politics since the 1980s. She founded and was the CEO of the non-profit think tank, Civic Exchange (2000-12), and helped to establish several non-profit organizations in Hong Kong related to the environment, equal opportunity, as well as arts and culture.

Prof. LOH is currently a board member of Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited, and Hong Kong Maritime Museum, and is Asia Society’s Scholar in Residence (2023-2026). She is also a Steering Committee member of the United Nations International Organization for Migration’s new Climate Mobility Innovation Lab, as well as member of the Advisory Committee of the Indra and Harry Banga Gallery at the City University of Hong Kong. She was a board member of Global Maritime Forum (2018-2025) and taught a course at Anderson School of Management, University of California at Los Angeles on nonmarket risks for five years (2018-22). She is a published author of many academic and popular works. Prof. LOH is a lawyer by training, and a commodities trader by profession. She received her legal training in England, and received honorary degrees of Doctor of Law from the University of Hull and Doctor of Science from the University of Exeter.
