Winnie HO joined the Hong Kong Government as an Architect in 1992. She was posted from the Architectural Services Department (ArchSD) to the Development Bureau (DEVB) in 2010 and assumed the post as the Deputy Head of Energizing Kowloon East Office of the DEVB in Feb 2012.
She returned to ArchSD in Aug 2016 and steered the overall direction of departmental policies and strategies related to innovation, new technologies, green buildings design and sustainable construction. She also involved in many green building projects including the community green stations, green school building design, and West Kowloon Government Offices.
In Dec 2020, Ms Ho assumed the post of Director of Architectural Services. She continues to lead the department for improvement on public works through the application of smart green technologies and innovative building solutions to provide a high quality built environment for public enjoyment in Hong Kong.
