Michelle MENG has been working in Swire Properties for 14 years. She is a Portfolio Manager at Taikoo Li Sanlitun.
With over 14 years of experience on the leasing and operation, and joined the Taikoo Li Sanlitun project before its opening, Ms MENG knows well the tenants’ requirement and be trusted always.
She has managed more than 130 tenants since 2008 and worked closely with technical team and building management team both on tenants’ fitting out and operation issues. She also earned the OIA qualifications of the Energy management system (ISO 50001: 2018 standard) in 2020.
