Grace is the Chief Sustainability Strategist of AEC Capital Ltd. She has more than 20 years’ experiences in sustainable design and green building projects in Hong Kong and across Asia-Pacific. She had worked on the earliest batch of HK-BEAM and LEED projects in Hong Kong, including The Parcville, International Commerce Centre and HKU Centennial Campus, and received international recognition as the first LEED Fellow in Hong Kong. She is featured as Hong Kong's sustainability trailblazer in the World Green Building Council X BBC StoryWorks: “Building A Better Future” series and awarded Sustainability Leader of the Year in the Hong Kong Sustainability Award 2020/21 presented by the Hong Kong Management Association. She is currently the Chairman and Executive Director of AEC Group.

With environmental engineering background, Grace is a keen advocate of regenerative sustainability for the built environment and has served as co-opt member of HKGBC’s Green Labelling Committee and Corporate Membership Committee since 2014. She was the convenor of the “My Green Space” Student Competition for the last two editions in 2018/19 and 2020/21. She is currently the BEAM Expert Panel Chair of Construction Environmental Management aspect. Besides, she is Founding Vice President of Greater Bay Area Carbon Neutrality Association, founding Director of HK Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals, past Chairman of Hong Kong Institute of Acoustics, Co-Chair of the ESG Committee in China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and International Chapter and member of the Green and Sustainable Real Estate Working Group in Hong Kong Green Finance Association.

Grace currently serves on several government appointed committees, including the Council for Sustainable Development, Environment and Conservation Fund Committee, Expanded Building Committee of Buildings Department and Noise Control Appeal Board Panel of Environmental Protection Department. She has also taken up advisory roles to facilitate academic and industry partnership, including member of the Industrial Development Committee of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Environmental Quality Collaborative Innovation Joint Laboratory, Local Advisory Committee of the Division of Environment and Sustainability of the HKUST and Departmental Advisory Committee of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of PolyU. Outside Hong Kong, Grace actively contributes to the development of Net Zero Readiness Framework as WorldGBC Asia Pacific Net Zero Collaborator and shares best practices through her roles in the LEED Technical Advisory Group, BRE ESG Advisors Club and IWBI Health Equity Advisory.
