Ms Eliza WONG is responsible for the design, construction and delivery of all new property developments in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
Eliza is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has worked for property and cost management consultant, investment bank and property developers. She has been working for Swire Properties Limited for more than 21 years. She has considerable expertise in the delivery of a variety of properties, ranging from commercial and residential to hospitality developments, in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other Asian cities.
Eliza is a Registered Professional Surveyor, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
