Mr Clarence LEUNG Wai-kin

Mr Clarence LEUNG Wai-kin is General Manager (Project Management) of Wheelock Properties (Hong Kong) Limited. Mr LEUNG leads a team of project management professionals overseeing all project management related matters. Mr LEUNG possesses over 30 years of professional experience in real estate development and related fields in Hong Kong and mainland China. He has practiced in architectural consultants, the Urban Renewal Authority and has held key management positions with major property developers in Hong Kong.
Mr LEUNG has been a Director of the HKGBC since January 2022. Besides, he has been actively serving the construction industry and the professional institute. Mr LEUNG is currently a Council Member of the Construction Industry Council (CIC) and Chairperson of the Management Committee on Technically Competent Persons Registration Scheme under CIC. He has also been appointed Chairperson of the Committee on Environment under CIC from 2024. Mr LEUNG is also a member of the Building Sub-committee, REDA. He also sits in the examiner’s panel for professional accreditation, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA).
Mr LEUNG is a member of the HKIA, an Authorized Person (Architects) and a Registered Architect in Hong Kong. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Architecture.
