Sr Anderson LEUNG, a qualified Quantity Surveyor, is currently the Director of Works and Contracts Division in the Urban Renewal Authority. He is leading a multi-disciplinary team to manage the implementation of redevelopment projects and conservation projects, and arrange repair and maintenance works for the organisation’s premises. He has extensive experience in setting the standard and quality of redevelopment projects. He is now coordinating the smart provisions and sustainable development of the redevelopment projects. He was also a co-opted member of HKGBC Green Labelling Committee for the term 2022-2023.
