After graduated from HKU School of Architecture in 1982, I worked in HK Government, an architectural firm and the project team for the Bank of China Tower Hong Kong before establishing my practice in 1990.

With over 30 years post qualified experience in architecture and construction project management in Hong Kong, China, and Macau, project involvement included housing re-developments projects such as Central Kowloon Redevelopment (master layout plan), the Head Quarter for Housing Authority, the Bank of China Tower, school buildings, hotels, institutional buildings and residential development, etc. Award winning project includes Wong Shek Pier (President’s Award at HKIA Annual Award 2006), Tsuen Wan Hong Kong and Assessment Centre Phase II Development (Shortlisted Entry for the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) Annual Awards 2010 for President Awards), C.C. Wu Hall at Kunming Polytechnic University, PRC (Certificate of Excellence- Public Space / Institution Category in the Perspective Awards 2013 and Bronze- Architectural Interior / Public Area in the HKDA Global Design Awards 2013) and Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme (HKGBC Green Building Award 2014 Merit Award for New Buildings Category – Buildings Under Construction).

I have been actively involved in various voluntary and community services including government advisory committees / tribunals, District Councils, local groups, various professional institutes including Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), HK Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD) during the past 20 years. Currently, I am the Vice President (Local Affairs) of HKIUD, HKIA Council Member, Chairman of HKIA Board of Local Affairs, Chairman of Professional Green Building Council, Director of The Hong Kong Green Building Council and member of Harbourfront Commission.
