Call for Sponsors – Exhibition Booth and the Hong Kong Report
 

Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) would like to invite Sponsors to support the state-of-the-art of Hong Kong's sustainable built environment for the World Sustainable Building Conference (SB11).

The SB11, which will be held from 18 to 21 October 2011 in Helsinki, Finland, is the largest and prestigious conference in the sustainable arena.  HKGBC has the honour to lead the Hong Kong Delegation this year.  Through the promotion we have launched in the past months, the design and production of the Exhibition booth and Hong Kong Report to showcase the Hong Kong projects are underway. 

May we take this opportunity to thank all key stakeholders in agreeing to share your success stories in green built development of Hong Kong to the SB11, and in the meantime, we like to invite sponsors to support this initiative.

The sponsorship should be applied for the Exhibition Booth and the Hong Kong Report, such as:

-   The design and build of the Exhibition booth

-   The design and printing of the Hong Kong Report

-   The cost of producing the e-book of the Hong Kong Report and to be posted on the HKGBC website

HKGBC will acknowledge all the Sponsors via the following arrangement:

1.       Sponsors’ Logo acknowledgement on HKGBC website.

2.       Logo acknowledgement on the Hong Kong Report, both the printed version and e-Version.

3.       Logo acknowledgement on the Post SB11 Event.

4.       Sponsors will be invited as the VIP guests to join our Post SB11 event in late November 2011.

We would welcome sponsor at HK$60,000 each.  Your support will be vital to the success of the Hong Kong as a whole in helping to steer and encourage our community to play their role in transforming our built environment.
