To coordinate and drive education and research in Hong Kong, HKGBC is developing an overarching roadmap that draws on the strengths of a wide range of participants. Centred around educating industry and the public on how their actions affect the built environment and quality of life, we strive to build awareness among Hong Kong citizens on how they contribute to positive change.
HKGBC’s education, research and development committee drives the development of the roadmap. The roadmap includes:
- HKGBC events
- Green building factsheets / information papers
- Tours of green buildings in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta for HKGBC members
- Talks and lectures to students within Hong Kong’s tertiary institutions
